as I slowly brush up on my ancient HTML skills, and learn more about CSS/JS!
To-Do:
pick a background
make a nav bar
design my badge!
fix search bar
pick a new color for text links
Add a button/link to my VGen
learn about SSI or php includes, and how to use it for my navbar (or JS)
Set up my favicon
learn to use JavaScript for a header/footer
update site layout so it doesn't span the ENTIRE page, I like sites with a bit of space on the sides~!
One thing I remember that I used to really enjoy on the web was the idea of "evolving creatures".
It actually encouraged hotlinking (lol) so the source host would replace the image of the creature as it "evolves"
over time, and then anyone who had placed the code onto their own site would see ":O wow my dinosaur changed color!"
it was very cute! I might look into doing something similar...?
I might also look into starting up a mailing list (most likely focused on my art~)
